Rapid Gravity provides bespoke digital services to clients internationally. These terms govern your use of our website and your engagement with our services.

2. Services
Rapid Gravity offers the following categories of services:
• Creative Digital Assets: Custom digital artwork including pet portraits, people portraits, house portraits, and personalized digital illustrations, delivered as digital files.
• Digital Presence Management: Website creation, maintenance, performance optimization, and related digital support for businesses.
• Bespoke Consultation: One-on-one productivity coaching, workflow optimization, and holistic guidance for individuals and small teams.
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon between Rapid Gravity and the client prior to commencement of work.
3. Payments
All prices are quoted in the currency agreed upon at the time of engagement. Payment is required as per the schedule outlined for your specific service:
• For individual consumer orders (such as custom digital artwork), full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
• For business services (such as website services or consultancy), payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement.
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor.
4. Intellectual Property
All original creative work produced by Rapid Gravity remains the intellectual property of Rapid Gravity.
• Custom digital artwork: Upon full payment, the client can use the artwork for personal use unless a commercial licence has been explicitly agreed upon and purchased.
• Website and digital presence work: Intellectual property terms are outlined in the individual service agreement for each engagement.
Rapid Gravity retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information required for service delivery.
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or additional information within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure that any materials, references, or assets you provide to us do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Delays caused by late responses or incomplete information from the client may affect agreed timelines and are not the responsibility of Rapid Gravity.
6. Special Requests
We welcome special requests and will always try to accommodate them. However, special requests that fall outside the agreed project brief — including but not limited to editing reference photos, altering likeness beyond the source material, or adding elements not discussed prior to commencement — cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges or timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rapid Gravity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund Policy
1. General Principle
Due to the personalized nature of our services and the custom effort involved in every project, all sales are considered final once service delivery has commenced.
We strongly encourage all clients to discuss project scope, expectations, and deliverables with us before work begins. Should you have concerns at any stage, we are committed to working collaboratively toward a resolution — whether through revised deliverables, adjusted timelines, or additional clarification. Our goal is always to ensure you feel heard and that the outcome meets your expectations.
All payments processed via PayPal are subject to PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. In the event of a dispute raised through PayPal, we will cooperate fully with PayPal’s Resolution Centre process. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as required by PayPal’s refund processing window.
2. Custom Digital Artwork
Because each piece is created exclusively for the individual client:
• No refund is offered once work has commenced on a custom digital artwork commission. As all artwork is uniquely created to individual client specifications, it constitutes a personalized, non-replicable digital product and is exempt from standard return-and-refund expectations. Clients are encouraged to review all project scope and reference materials carefully before confirming the order.
• If the final delivery does not match the agreed brief, we will offer revisions as outlined at the time of order.
• Refunds are only considered in the rare circumstance where Rapid Gravity is unable to complete and deliver the commissioned work. In all other cases, sales are final once work has commenced.
• Photo and Reference Quality: The quality of the final artwork is directly dependent on the quality of the reference photo or material submitted by the client. We strongly recommend submitting a high-resolution, well-lit photograph. Artwork produced from low-quality or unclear reference material cannot be remedied after completion, and no refund or replacement will be offered in such cases. If you are unsure whether your photo is suitable, please contact us before placing your order.
• Incorrect Delivery: If an incorrect file or wrong version of the artwork is delivered, we will replace it without question. Please report any delivery errors within 48 hours of receiving the file by contacting us. Reports made after this window may not qualify for a replacement.
• PayPal Disputes: If a buyer raises a dispute through PayPal claiming the artwork is “significantly not as described,” we will provide PayPal with documented proof of the agreed brief, reference images submitted by the client, and delivery confirmation. Buyers are strongly encouraged to contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery before escalating to a PayPal dispute, as we are committed to resolving all concerns directly.
3. Digital Presence Management
For ongoing digital presence services:
• Fees already paid for a current billing period are non-refundable.
• Project-based work (such as website builds) follows the payment schedule agreed in the individual service agreement.
• Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable.
• Dispute Resolution: For project-based work, we will provide PayPal with milestone documentation, client communication records, and delivery proof in the event of a dispute. Clients are requested to raise concerns directly with us before initiating a PayPal claim.
4. Bespoke Consultation
For consultancy and coaching sessions, prepaid consultation packages are non-refundable once any session within the package has been delivered.
As consultation sessions are delivered in real time and cannot be recalled, no refund is available once the session has been delivered. Session confirmation emails serve as proof of service delivery. If a client believes a session was not delivered as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours.
5. Promotions and Discount Codes
Where promotional or discount codes are offered:
• One code may be applied per order.
• Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Rapid Gravity reserves the right to cancel orders where a code has been misused or applied fraudulently.
6. Disputes and Resolution
We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and professionally. If you are dissatisfied with a service or delivery:

2. We will respond within 3 business days and work with you toward a fair resolution.
3. Resolution may take the form of revised deliverables, additional sessions, adjusted timelines, or partial credit at our discretion.
Our goal is always to ensure you feel heard and that the outcome meets the agreed standards.
7. PayPal Payment Disputes
If you made a payment through PayPal and wish to raise a concern, please contact us at [email protected] before opening a dispute. We will respond within 3 business days and work towards a fair resolution.
If you choose to escalate through PayPal’s Resolution Centre, please be aware of the following:
• Dispute Window: PayPal sets a time limit within which disputes must be raised. Please refer to PayPal’s policy for the current applicable timeframe, as PayPal may update this from time to time.
• Escalation: If a dispute is not resolved between you and Rapid Gravity, you may escalate it to a formal PayPal claim within the timeframe specified by PayPal.
• Evidence: In any PayPal claim, Rapid Gravity will submit all relevant documentation, including order confirmation, agreed project brief, delivery proof, and client communication records.
• Refunds: Where a refund is determined to be applicable, it will be returned to your original PayPal payment method.
• Transaction Fees: PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable as per PayPal’s own policy, regardless of the outcome of a dispute.
We are committed to resolving all concerns promptly and fairly. Raising a dispute directly with us first allows for a faster resolution than the formal PayPal claims process.
